Influenced by cosmotechnical thought and Buddhist philosophy, UNUM challenges the illusion of an isolated identity, presenting consciousness as something inherently distributed across humanity, technology, and the world itself. Rather than depicting AI as either utopian or dystopian, the film offers a philosophical meditation on memory, interconnectedness, and the possibility of liberation through unity.
